All the prices in this website are in U.S. dollars (USD).
Payment may be done by CASH, CARD or BANK TRANSFER.
For cash payment Cuban Convertible Pesos (CUC) are required. The convertible peso has a nominal
value equivalent to U.S. dollars inside Cuban territory (1 CUC = 1 USD), but commissions and penalties
must be taken into account. CUCs may be obtained in banks, exchange offices and cash dispensers with
the following currencies:
U.S. dollars (USD)
British pounds (GBP)
Swiss francs (CHF)
Canadian dollars (CAD)
Other hard currencies (consult us)
||Examples of CUC notes
Exchange commissions are about 4%.
Cash USD are charged with an extra penalty of 10%, so with 100 USD in cash you only get about 86 CUC.
For other currencies and USD in cards no penalty is applied.
Although you may pay our agency card or bank transfer, you will always need some cash CUC for
taxis, cafeterias, etc. It is better to bring other currencies than USD to avoid the 10% penalty.
At departure, visitors may exchange the remaining convertible pesos for the currency of their choice.
Visa and MasterCard are accepted in our secure online payment system. It's a "bank window" system, so your card data
will only be introduced in the secure website of an European bank, we will never see them. Besides, it uses "Verified by VISA"
and "MasterCard SecureCode", so the bank that issued the card will request a confirmation from customer.
Transaction may be done in USD or EUR, according to your convenience. You may pay an invoice through several transactions.
Another alternative is to send us a signed authorization form with card data and amount to pay in USD.
The document should include:
Name of the card's titular
Number of the credit card
CVV2/CVC2 code (the 3 digits at the back side of the card)
Amount to pay
Copy of front side of the card
Copy of an identification document of card's titular (passport, identity card, driving license or similar)
You can download an authorization form.
If already in Cuba, we have a POST device in our office.
Bank transfers may be done:
In USD to an European bank.
In EUR to an European bank.
In EUR to a Cuban bank.
Oficial prices in our website are in USD. For transfers in EUR, price in USD must be converted using the official exchange rate
in Cuba, which is the last rate published by the European Central Bank with a commission of 0.02. Rate changes everyday,
so you have to ask us the amount to transfer the same day you are going to order.
The client must assume the commissions derived from the operation, so the transfer must be ordered with all charges to be paid
by the emitter (OUR or FULL AMOUNT). Bank transfers are only convenient for amounts higher than 500 USD/EUR.
Data for the transfer would be sent on request. After transfer is ordered, the client should send an email with a copy
of the documents that certify the operation.

To guarantee the reservation of hotels, cars and other services an advance payment of at least one day is required. If
this payment is not received one week before, the reservation may be cancelled. If the arrival to Cuba
is not by Havana city, the total amount must be paid in advance. This payment may be done:
...by credit card
Using the online payment system or the authorization form.
...by bank transfer
Sending a copy of documents that certify the operation.
